1 Introduction & Scope of Agreement

133bd (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "the Company") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding document between each registered member ("you", "the User") and 133bd.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

133bd reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you have automatically agreed to the new terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

The information you provide when creating an account on 133bd must be accurate, complete, and consistent with your current details. Communication will be sent to the mobile number or email address provided at registration.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 133bd support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.3 Account Verification

133bd may at any time request documents necessary to verify your identity (such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID). Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on 133bd can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming or betting.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name to make deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, 133bd reserves the right to hold the deposit pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any profits earned from a bonus.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

133bd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus of up to 133% is offered on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (on the bonus amount only).

5.2 General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• A bonus is applicable only once per individual, per household, per IP address, or per payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 133bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in the account being closed immediately.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

133bd offers gaming opportunities across cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and many other categories. Each game or market may have its own rules.

• Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled (except in cases of clear technical error).
• Any odds or prizes incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will automatically be considered void.
• 133bd's server records are final in verifying game results.
• 133bd is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• 133bd is not responsible for providing specific information, results, or forecasts for any team, club, or player.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 133bd and may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple identities with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to influence game or betting outcomes through fraudulent or manipulative means.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Sharing account details with other users or engaging in joint betting.
• Conducting any activity against 133bd or with the intent to harm the platform.
• Betting by exploiting potential insider information or advantages.

8 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

133bd's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and special benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. 133bd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms and conditions at any time.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a game result, payment, or account matter, then:

• Allow 133bd reasonable time to consider the dispute.
• Provide any necessary evidence and information to assist in resolving the dispute.
• 133bd's decision will be considered final and binding.
